 USER1.SCRIPT problem |

i run psybnc on windows , and im user1 , i saw that in config , i put script in scripts tir with name USER1.SCRIPT , and write /sreload , it reloads the script but ir won't work i putted this line in it
server NOTICE NickServ!ubaldas@aitvaras.net * "*This nickname is registered and protected*" echo "PRIVMSG NickServ :IDENTIFY password"
but this script still wont work :/ why ? there is the problem plz help
